We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator with previous experience within the Care sector responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of one or more care homes. 

This position entails supervising administrative/clerical staff, ensuring the accuracy of resident records, facilitating communication between departments, and supporting the care home in meeting regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The Admin Supervisor plays a key role in enhancing the quality of care through effective administrative practices and exceptional customer service. This role is primarily office-based within the care home environment but will require frequent interaction with residents and family members. Additionally you may be expected to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the care home.

Experience:

* Ideally, 3-5 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or residential care setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

Skills & Attributes:

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
* Ability to work to and meet strict deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with healthcare management software systems and Sage 200
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in healthcare settings
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with residents and their families
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Full clean driving licence required with access to own transport
